Modhaus, a Korean fan-participatory entertainment company behind K-pop acts tripleS, ARTMS, and idntt, has secured KRW 10 billion in fresh funding from Atinum Investment.
The new capital comes as an extension of Modhaus’s existing Series B round with Atinum Investment participating as the sole investor in this tranche. The company had previously raised KRW 21 billion in its original Series B round, led by IMM Investment with participation from LB Investment, Interbest, and Smilegate Investment. With this latest injection, Modhaus’s cumulative Series B funding now totals KRW 31 billion.
Founded in November 2021 and based in Seoul, South Korea, Modhaus operates as a multi-artist IP entertainment label built around its proprietary fan platform, Cosmo. Unlike traditional K-pop agencies, Modhaus lets fans participate directly in key creative and business decisions for its artists — including selecting title tracks, forming activity units (sub-groups), and shaping concert setlists. This participatory model is designed to deepen fandom engagement while simultaneously feeding fan-generated data back into the company’s IP development process.
The label currently manages several successful artist IPs, most notably the 24-member girl group tripleS, along with ARTMS and idntt. Business performance has scaled accordingly: Modhaus reported revenue of KRW 32.3 billion in 2025, alongside annual album sales of 1.16 million copies. TripleS’s third full-unit studio album, ASSEMBLE26, sold 560,000 copies in its first week, while idntt’s third EP, itsnotover, moved 580,000 copies in its debut week. ARTMS, meanwhile, expanded its overseas fanbase through a 28-city world tour.
The Cosmo platform itself has also grown substantially, now counting 530,000 cumulative registered users and 170,000 monthly active users (MAU). Its digital photocard feature, “Objekt,” has surpassed 20 million cumulative issuances.
Modhaus said it will use the new capital to expand its roster of new artist IPs and strengthen its global business operations.
