Zari Company Raises KRW 14.5 Billion Series A for Rental Management Platform

sungho-choo - 2026 October 6

Zari Company, a South Korean proptech company operating the rental-management platform Zaritalk, has secured KRW 14.5 billion (approximately $10.6 million) in Series A funding, bringing its cumulative capital raised to KRW 17.7 billion.

Korea Investment Partners led the round, with HG Initiative, S2L Partners, Evergreen Investment Partners, NBH Capital, and JCH Investment participating as co-investors. Investors were drawn to Zari Company’s successful transition into real-estate technology, its move into profitability, and the recurring-revenue model generated by monthly rental-management demand.

Zari Company began as mobility startup Colbuslab in 2015 and later changed its corporate name after shifting its focus to property technology. The company turned profitable in 2024 and recorded KRW 12.5 billion in revenue and KRW 750 million in operating profit in 2025. Revenue grew by more than 60% year over year.

Zari Company is a Korean proptech company that operates Zaritalk, a rental-management platform serving both tenants and landlords. The service currently has approximately 6 million tenant users and 700,000 landlords. It covers more than 740,000 registered buildings and over 2 million managed units.

For landlords, Zaritalk provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) functions for rental operations, including monthly-rent billing, payment collection, and contract management. For tenants, the platform offers Zari Pay for rent payments by card, rent refunds, reviews based on actual residence, and short-term rental services.

Zari Company plans to use the new capital to expand Zaritalk’s rental-management services and broaden its proptech business. The company aims to build on its large two-sided user base and recurring monthly-rental demand while developing additional products for landlords and tenants.
