Connecteve, a Korean startup specializing in AI medical software and surgical robotics for musculoskeletal disorders, has announced the successful completion of its Series A funding round, securing 14 billion KRW.
Founded by Professor Noh Doo-hyun, an orthopedic specialist at Seoul National University Hospital, Connecteve develops innovative solutions such as AI-assisted X-ray diagnostic software and surgical planning tools designed to improve the efficiency and precision of orthopedic procedures.

The Series A round included returning investors DSC Investment, Schmidt, Stonebridge Ventures, and Reventures, alongside new participants BSK Investment, TS Investment, IMM Investment, JB Investment, and Big Move Ventures. Bumjin Hospital also participated as a strategic investor.
The newly acquired capital will be used to accelerate the development of next-generation surgical robots and expand Connecteve’s portfolio of AI-based musculoskeletal diagnostic software. The company’s strategic objectives include securing necessary medical device certifications and broadening its product offerings to better serve both healthcare providers and patients.
