K-pop Company Modhaus Raises $15M in Record Series B Round

sungho-choo - 2025 August 8

Modhaus, the fan participation-based entertainment company behind K-pop girl groups tripleS and ARTMS, has raised $15 million(KRW 21 billion) in a Series B funding round. This marks the largest single fundraising amount secured by a domestic entertainment company so far this year.

The round was led by IMM Investment, with new participation from LB Investment, Intervest, and Smilegate Investment. Existing investors, including Laguna Investment, U.S.-based content VC Spurion, and music investor Cooper Turley, also increased their stakes in the company.

Leveraging its blockchain-based fan engagement platform COSMO, Modhaus has been rapidly expanding the global fandoms of its groups tripleS and ARTMS. Through COSMO, fans directly participate in concept selection, unit formation, and content creation, becoming active co-authors of the artists’ growth stories.

With the new funding, Modhaus plans to accelerate the global expansion of its intellectual property (IP) portfolio and platform. The company is also set to diversify its lineup with the debut of the first unit from its new boy group, idntt, on August 11.
