Design & Practice, the operator of the automotive lease and rental management platform Chazm, has secured KRW 15.1 billion KRW in a Series A funding round. This latest financial milestone brings the company’s total cumulative investment to KRW 19 billion KRW, validating the significant market potential of its data-driven approach to vehicle lifecycle management.

The investment round was led by Stonebridge Ventures and included participation from major financial investors such as KB Investment and FuturePlay. FuturePlay has notably demonstrated its long-term commitment to the company by participating in every funding round from the Pre-A stage through Series A. The round also attracted high-profile strategic investors, including Hyundai Motor Group’s ZeroOne Ventures and LX Group’s LX Ventures, alongside Shorook HQ, a global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, signaling strong international interest.
Founded in 2024, Design & Practice operates Chazm, a platform designed to revolutionize the auto lease and rental market by managing the entire vehicle lifecycle through data integration. The service covers everything from contracting and operation to return and distribution, addressing the traditional opacity in the market by systematically managing vehicle history and transaction conditions.
The company intends to utilize this new capital to accelerate its expansion into global markets, specifically targeting the distribution and export of leased and rented vehicles to Japan and the Middle East.
