VtoV Completes KRW 17.2 million in Series B Funding

sungho-choo - 2025 August 30

VtoV has secured a total of KRW 17.2 billion in Series B funding to accelerate the growth of its metropolitan urban logistics delivery service To-Day.

Follow-on investors include Smilegate Investment and Woomi Global, while new financial investors comprise T Investment, Nautilus Investment, Leading Ace Capital, and Oculus Equity Partners, strategic investor Sunmyung Group also joined the round. Investor commentary highlighted VtoV’s position to provide real-time delivery information and ETA in the emerging AI shopping agent era as a key rationale for continued backing.

VtoV operates To-Day, a metropolitan delivery network that mirrors public transit and in which vehicles circulate on fixed routes to move parcels without intermediate warehousing, maintaining continuous flow from order to doorstep. The service is fully four-wheel–vehicle based to enhance bulk capacity, safety, and price competitiveness, and is managed via a real-time control system and AI models trained on over 15 million historical deliveries to predict precise arrival times. Major enterprise use cases include Naver’s N Delivery Today Delivery and AliExpress’s Seoul Capital Area volumes that run on To-Day’s urban logistics network.

VtoV plans to deploy the new capital to stabilize and scale its delivery operations in the capital region, aiming to improve reliability and customer satisfaction while deepening real-time visibility and ETA services for partners and consumers. The company indicated the funds will support continued build-out of its public-transit–like urban logistics routes and control systems to strengthen its competitive moat in metropolitan last-mile delivery.
