The Ministry of SMEs and Startups has announced the launch of the 2025 Global Startup Support Program, offering financial support of up to 60 million won to foreign entrepreneurs and overseas startups looking to establish businesses in Korea.
Recruitment for the program will begin on March 19, with a focus on attracting international talent with strong technological capabilities. To enhance accessibility, all procedures, including the announcement, application process, and selection evaluations, will be conducted entirely in English.
Selected startups will receive funding aimed at refining business models and facilitating localization efforts. Additionally, participants will gain access to investment opportunities through the Global Startup Center, which will also support collaboration with large and mid-sized Korean enterprises.
Applications can be submitted online via the Global Startup Center (GSC) website. The submission period will run from March 19 to April 11, 2025.
