JLT Raises KRW 23 Billion for Robotics Automation

JLT, a robotics automation company, has secured a Series B investment of KRW 23 billion. The funding round was led by Stonebridge Ventures and included participation from Partners Investment, SJ Investment Partners, and Silicon Valley-based deep tech investor Millennium New Horizons.

Founded in 2019, JLT develops AI-based robotics automation systems and has been supplying various solutions to domestic and international customers such as Hyundai Motor Company, LG Magna, SEMES, and Hyundai Robotics.

The company plans to use this investment to enhance its existing welding automation solutions and develop next-generation robotic automation solutions that integrate welding inspection and vision inspection. JLT aims to expand its global customer base in various industrial sectors, including electric vehicles, shipbuilding, offshore wind power, and plant construction
