Sparklabs selected 4 startups for batch 22

sungho-choo - 2024 January 11

SparkLabs, the startup accelerator, has unveiled the chosen participants for its Batch 22 program and officially launched its incubation initiative. With over 250 early-stage startups vying for a spot in Batch 22, SparkLabs has handpicked four innovative companies specializing in AI, ESG, SaaS, and Finance.

In the AI category, Amber Road, the operator of MinerReport, an AI-based manufacturing productivity improvement solution, was selected. Amber Road is an in-house venture of POSCO and has been designed to be easily utilized by practitioners unfamiliar with AI technology to improve the productivity of manufacturing processes.

In the ESG category, Livit, which provides carbon emission management solution TANSOLUTION, was selected. TANSOLUTION is a B2B SaaS that implements automation technology to enable corporate managers to easily register and monitor emissions and generate reports based on global standard guidelines.

Also selected were Invest tech startup KUPA, which combines global financial data analysis with DDM technology to provide investors with market trends and key information, and MOBA, a calendar-based project management tool platform for project managers.

SparkLab will provide initial investment of up to 100 million won or more to the four selected startups and conduct an incubating program of about 18 weeks.
