Enterprise AI Enhans Raises KRW 51.2 Billion Series C

sungho-choo - 2026 September 28

Enhans, a South Korean enterprise AI agent company, has secured KRW 51.2 billion (approximately $37.4 million) in Series C funding, bringing its cumulative capital raised to KRW 81 billion.

The round was jointly led by existing investor Timefolio Asset Management and new investor Stonebridge Ventures. IMM Investment and STIC Ventures also joined as new investors, while existing shareholders L&S Venture Capital, AOA Capital Partners, KT Investment, and Hyundai Technology Investment returned with follow-on investments.

Strategic investors from the corporate groups that already use Enhans’s solutions in their operations also joined the round. POSCO Technology Investment, LG CNS, and Lotte Ventures — affiliates of POSCO, LG, and Lotte, respectively — became shareholders, marking a notable case in which customer-group affiliates invested directly in an enterprise AI platform they were already using.

Founded in South Korea and led by CEO Lee Seung-hyun, Enhans develops an enterprise Agent OS that structures fragmented data and business rules from systems such as SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms into an ontology, then connects that structured knowledge to AI agents so they can support decision-making and execute business tasks.

Rather than treating AI agents as standalone chatbots, Enhans’s platform is designed to connect an enterprise’s data, processes, and execution infrastructure. The system captures how decisions are made and how work is performed, allowing AI agents to support operational workflows across large organizations. Enhans has also attracted attention for organizing a public match between its AI agent and Go champion Lee Sedol, demonstrating the company’s broader interest in advanced AI interaction and reasoning capabilities.

Enhans plans to use the new capital to upgrade the data, process, and execution infrastructure underlying its Agent OS, enabling the platform to capture and connect not only enterprise data but also decision-making criteria and working methods. The company also plans to develop and launch “Industry Packs” containing industry-specific data structures and business rules for sectors including manufacturing, finance, and retail.

The company will additionally invest in global business expansion, aiming to move beyond individual enterprise deployments and establish its Agent OS as a scalable infrastructure layer for AI transformation across industries.
