Logistics startup Techtaka Raises KRW 18 Billion

sungho-choo - 2026 August 10

Techtaka, a South Korean company that operates the global integrated logistics platform ARGO, has closed a follow-on funding round of KRW 18 billion, bringing its cumulative capital raised to more than KRW 45 billion.

The round drew follow-on participation from existing investors Altos Ventures and Naver D2SF, Naver’s corporate venture capital arm, with Japan’s ZVC joining as a new strategic investor to support the company’s expansion into the Japanese market. Naver has now backed Techtaka across three separate rounds, from its initial seed investment through this latest raise, underscoring a deepening strategic partnership between the two companies.

Founded in Korea, Techtaka has built ARGO, a data-driven, integrated logistics IT platform that combines commerce management (CMS), order management (OMS), warehouse management (WMS), and transportation management (TMS) systems into a single solution for e-commerce fulfillment. The platform is designed to help Korean sellers and brands manage logistics end-to-end as they scale into global markets, offering functions such as smart quality inspection and specialized fulfillment services tailored to different seller needs.

Since its founding, the company has built a track record of steady investor backing, having previously raised a KRW 12.5 billion Series A about 15 months after inception, with repeat participation from Naver D2SF, Kakao Ventures-Shinhan Capital, and Lotte Ventures alongside new investors including Murex Partners and Mirae Asset Venture Investment.

Techtaka plans to use the new capital to advance ARGO’s AI technology and improve logistics quality, while expanding specialized seller-support solutions such as smart inspection and tailored fulfillment services. The company also intends to broaden its domestic guaranteed-delivery services and extend its global logistics network into Southeast Asia and Europe — key regions where Korean sellers are expanding — while upgrading ARGO’s integrated logistics operating system to support that growth.
